We are still open and running our Broken Group Islands Wildlife Cruise. Recent trips have been great as there is still lots of wildlife (& islands!!) around. October 15th will be their last day of the season.

Being Unique

A humpback whale can be identified by the unique black and white pattern on the underside of the flukes. This individual is one you would not easily forget.

Otterly Adorable

  It is always a pleasure to see sea otters! This season we have been lucky enough to see them almost daily.  Having a nap…. safely anchored, wrapped up in kelp!

Sea Otter Soup

Seeing sea otters in the wild is always a delight! Some sea otters are quite shy but this particular group doesn’t seem to mind us coming over for a visit.

Big Bear Family

                                  Luckily this sow and her triplets like Ucluelet as much as we do. Recently we have seen her almost daily.  

Bald Eagles aplenty!

  Although there are lots of Bald Eagles in our area, we never tire of seeing these majestic birds.  Here are a couple of spectacular images taken from our boat by one of our guests, Danny McCreadie.  Thanks, Danny, for allowing us share these!
